The main challenge with Evergreen club was to create re-design the app and web for such users who are not technical friendly. The main target audience was senior citizens (55+ age) who can book various types of events through single paltform.
The current app version was not fulfilling the various UX Heuristics. The guest users was not able to explore without logging into the app. There were few discoverbility issues, as it was hard to find the booked events.
While desinging the app, we used User-Centered approach at every small funtionality.

Our UX Researchers conducted workshops with the stake holders to understand users' pain points, expectations and motivations. Our team also involved few potential users to understand the consumer pshychology at better level.
Our team also went the user journey and discovered few more opportunites to develop the user experience and make it more smooth at every possible touch points.
We started the further process by creating new user journey maps and user personas to keep the design solutions user-centric. Moving further, our UX team designed Wireframes according to personas.
We crafted various key flows of the app and started testing with stake holders and also pitched various new features and methods to deal the challenges in efficient manner.
In the UI Design, we introduced playful colour pallete to match with the brand and create a new fresh impact on the users. Our UI Designers focused on keeping the proper balance of all the art works, icons, colour in sync through all the possible screens.
