The Challenge

The main challenge with Evergreen club was to create re-design the app and web for such users who are not technical friendly. The main target audience was senior citizens (55+ age) who can book various types of events through single platform.

While designing the app, we used User-Centered approach at every small functionality.

Design Process

Discover

In the discovery phase, we gained a deep understanding of the user requirements, business goals, competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, industry trends, and the current state of the product.

Define

In the define phase, we analysed the information we’ve obtained to draw insights and defined the goals, objectives, and our strategy moving forward into the process.

Design

In this phase, we generated and explored a wide range of concepts through wireframes and lo-fi prototypes. We then developed a design language and applied the same throughout the designs.

Discover

Our UX Researchers conducted workshops with the stake holders to understand users' pain points, expectations and motivations. Our team also involved few potential users to understand the consumer psychology at better level. Further, we started exploring the product and formulated various visual components like a navigation bar, forms, data tables, cards, lists, etc.

Our team also went the user journey and discovered few more opportunities to develop the user experience and make it more smooth at every possible touch points.

Define

We started the further process by creating new user journey maps and user personas to keep the design solutions user-centric. Moving further, our UX team designed Wireframes according to personas.

We crafted various key flows of the app and started testing with stake holders and also pitched various new features and methods to deal the challenges in efficient manner.

Design

In the UI Design, we introduced playful color pallet to match with the brand and create a new fresh impact on the users. Our UI Designers focused on keeping the proper balance of all the art works, icons, color in sync through all the possible screens.
