CollPoll is a web and mobile based AI-powered campus automation, digital learning and analytics platform designed to address the rising complexity, competition, and digital compliance of higher education institutions
The main challenge with CollPoll was to re-design the web app for such users who are not technical friendly. The main target audience was senior professors from college (40+ age) and students. The users can manage all types of posts, handles requests, provide online study materials, etc. in a single paltform.
The current version was lacking basic designs principles.
First, our team got to work and began to understand the CollPoll’s platform, The stakeholders were involved in every brainstorming & ideation meeting. This ensured that the user’s needs were taken care of without a disconnect.
Our team identify users paintpoints and focus to solve them at each and every stage.
Based on research, problem statement at hand and taking a complete download of information from the client. we crafted various key flows of the webapp, We were also able to identify other opportunities and needs during the stakeholder’s meeting such as the changing layouts of some pages like Classroom Courses, Assignments and Quizzes.
In the UI Design, we tweak little bit existing brand colors and added to the pallete that match with the brand. Since they already had a webapp, our intention was to simulate the existing pages with vibrancy and added spark reflecting to users. Colors and Font were carefully picked to maintain the focus on content and provide a fine balance of legibility and readability
Added illustrations to the subjects to feel playfulness.
