The Challenge

The main challenge with Acmeleap was to create a brand identity and design a responsive web app from scratch for posting a job by different companies and job seekers can apply for jobs from this portal.

This job portal is mainly designed for Recruiters, Job seekers, and Administrators who can manage all the users.

We conducted stakeholder workshops to understand their values and competitors. The stakeholders were involved in every brainstorming & ideation workshop.

Further, we started exploring the product and formulated various visual components like a navigation bar, forms, data tables, cards, lists, etc.

Define

Based on the research and our understanding of Acmeleap, the team followed a comprehensive design process, and crafted various key flows of the web app, We were also able to identify other opportunities and included interactive panels within this project.

Based on these details, we created initial screens to get an idea of visual components and then shared them with the stakeholders to get their feedback.

Design

After getting feedback from stakeholders, we started creating visual design components like form inputs, buttons, tags, data tables, etc.

Based on these components, we started with the visual designs of the various modules of the product.
